  • 01/01/2018 – Souday devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Couëtron-au-Perche (41248) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2018 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Couëtron-au-Perche en lieu et place des communes d'Arville (41005), d'Oigny (41165), de Saint-Agil (41197), de Saint-Avit (41202) et de Souday (41248) devenues déléguées.
