This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2011:

  • 01/01/2017 – Anctoville devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein d'Aurseulles (14011) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2017 – Création de la commune nouvelle d'Aurseulles en lieu et place des communes d'Anctoville (14011), de Longraye (14376), de Saint-Germain-d'Ectot (14581) et de Torteval-Quesnay (14695).
