  • 15/12/2016 – Segré devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Segré-en-Anjou Bleu (49331) (commune nouvelle).
  • 15/12/2016 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Segré-en-Anjou Bleu en lieu et place des communes d'Aviré (49014), du Bourg-d'Iré (49037), de La Chapelle-sur-Oudon (49077), de Châtelais (49081), de La Ferrière-de-Flée (49136), de L'Hôtellerie-de-Flée (49158), de Louvaines (49184), de Marans (49187), de Montguillon (49208), de Noyant-la-Gravoyère (49229), de Nyoiseau (49233), de Sainte-Gemmes-d'Andigné (49277), de Saint-Martin-du-Bois (49305), de Saint-Sauveur-de-Flée (49319) et de Segré (49331) devenues déléguées.
