This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2011:

  • 01/01/2016 – Saints-Geosmes devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Saints-Geosmes (52449) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2016 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Saints-Geosmes en lieu et place des communes de Balesmes-sur-Marne (52036) et de Saints-Geosmes (52449) devenues déléguées.
