This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2011:

  • 01/01/2019 – Châtillon-en-Diois devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Châtillon-en-Diois (26086) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Châtillon-en-Diois en lieu et place des communes de Châtillon-en-Diois (26086) et de Treschenu-Creyers (26354) devenues déléguées.
