This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2011:

  • 01/01/2017 – La Tour-Blanche devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de La Tour-Blanche-Cercles (24554) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2017 – Création de la commune nouvelle de La Tour-Blanche-Cercles en lieu et place des communes de Cercles (24093) et de La Tour-Blanche (24554) devenues déléguées.
