Over a year, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) should rise by 6.2% in November 2022, as in the previous month, according to the provisional estimate made at the end of the month. The prices of food (particularly excluding fresh products) and manufactured goods should accelerate. Those of services should increase over one year at a rate close to the previous month. Despite the decline of fuel rebates, the prices of energy should slow down slightly in November notably linked with the least dynamism of the petroleum product prices.
Over one month, consumer prices should rise by 0.4%, after +1.0% in October. The prices of energy, food and – to a lesser extent – manufactured goods should slow down. After being stable in October, the prices of services should increase in November.
Year on year, the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices should rise by 7.1%, as in October. Over one month, it should increase by 0.5%, after +1.2% in the previous month.
