This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2010:

  • 01/01/2016 – Kaysersberg devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Kaysersberg Vignoble (68162) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2016 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Kaysersberg Vignoble en lieu et place des communes de Kaysersberg (68162), de Kientzheim (68164) et de Sigolsheim (68310) devenues déléguées.
