- 01/01/2016 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Sainte-Marie-d'Attez en lieu et place des communes de Dame-Marie (27195), de Saint-Nicolas-d'Attez (27573) et de Saint-Ouen-d'Attez (27578) devenues déléguées.
