This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2010:
- 01/01/2019 – Saint-Aubin-le-Vertueux devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Treis-Sants-en-Ouche (27516) (commune nouvelle).
- 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Treis-Sants-en-Ouche en lieu et place des communes de Saint-Aubin-le-Vertueux (27516), de Saint-Clair-d'Arcey (27523) et de Saint-Quentin-des-Isles (27600) devenues déléguées.
