- 01/01/2019 – Blanzac-Porcheresse reste déléguée au sein de Coteaux-du-Blanzacais (16046) (commune nouvelle).
- 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Coteaux-du-Blanzacais en lieu et place des communes de Côteaux du Blanzacais (16046) et de Saint-Léger (16332).
- 01/01/2017 – Blanzac-Porcheresse devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Côteaux du Blanzacais (16046) (commune nouvelle).
- 01/01/2017 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Côteaux du Blanzacais en lieu et place des communes de Blanzac-Porcheresse (16046) et de Cressac-Saint-Genis (16115) devenues déléguées.
