This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2010:

  • 01/01/2017 – Saint-Bon-Tarentaise devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Courchevel (73227) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2017 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Courchevel en lieu et place des communes de La Perrière (73198) et de Saint-Bon-Tarentaise (73227) devenues déléguées.
