This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2010:

  • 01/01/2016 – Saint-Aulaye devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Saint Aulaye-Puymangou (24376) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2016 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Saint Aulaye-Puymangou en lieu et place des communes de Puymangou (24343) et de Saint-Aulaye (24376) devenues déléguées.
