  • 01/01/2019 – Roumazières-Loubert devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Terres-de-Haute-Charente (16192) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Terres-de-Haute-Charente en lieu et place des communes de Genouillac (16149), de Roumazières-Loubert (16192), de Mazières (16214), de La Péruse (16259) et de Suris (16376) devenues déléguées.
