2015- n° 53In January 2015, manufacturing output was almost stable (-0.1%) Industrial production index - January 2015
In January 2014, output was almost stable in the manufacturing industry (–0.1%, after +1.1% in December), while it increased again in the industry as a whole (+0.4% after +1.4% in December).
Please note: all the series are seasonally (SA) and working-day adjusted (WDA).
The commentary shows variations of subsections by decreasing contribution. The contribution of a subsection depends on the extent of the change and on its weight.
In January 2015, output was almost stable in the manufacturing industry (–0.1%, after +1.1% in December), while it increased again in the industry as a whole (+0.4% after +1.4% in December).
Manufacturing output rose slightly over the last three months (+0.2%)
Over the last three months, output rose slightly in the manufacturing sector (+0.2% q-o-q), as well as in the industry as a whole (+0.2%, q-o-q).
