2015- n° 166House prices decreased again in Q1 2015 (-1.6% year-on-year) House price index - 1st quarter 2015
In Q1 2015, house prices continued to decrease: they declined by 0.5% compared with the previous quarter (after –2.0% during the fourth quarter of 2014), as a consequence of a further decrease of the prices of second-hand dwellings (–0.7%, after –2.2%). In contrast, prices of new dwellings picked up q-o-q (+0.6%, after –0.2%).

Year-on-year, house prices continued to decline
Compared with the same quarter last year, house prices have continued to decline in Q1 2015 (-1.6%, after –2.2%). In details, prices of second–hand dwellings went down by 1.9%, while prices of new dwellings increased (+1.2%).

Compared with the previous publication (April 2015), house price index In Q4 2014 has been downscaled by 0.2 point.
