According to the managers interviewed in January 2013, the business climate remained deteriorated in the retail trade and in the trade and repair of motor vehicles: the synthetic indicator went on declining (87).
Business leaders considered that past sales were negatively orientated, remaining worse in trade and repair of motor vehicles than in retail trade.
Forecasts remained dull: the balances concerning expected sales, ordering intentions and general business outlook were still well below their averages. Previous sales and ordering intentions plummet in the non-specialised retail trade.
