In August 2012, the turnover still went up in the manufacturing industry (+1.9%), after an increase of 1.4% in July. Exports rose sharply (+2.2%).

In August 2012, the turnover still went up in the manufacturing industry (+1.9%), after an increase of 1.4% in July. Exports rose sharply (+2.2%).
In August 2012, the turnover improved significantly in the manufacture of coke and refined petroleum products (+3.5%) and in the manufacture of transport equipment (+3.1%), mainly in the manufacture of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers (+4.3%). It also grew in the manufacture of food products and beverages (+2.7%), in other industries (+1.4%) and slightly in the electrical and electronic equipments; machine equipment (+0.3%).
In August 2012, the turnover of industry as a whole went up by 1.7%. Over the same period, it also improved in construction (+1.3%).

In the last quarter (Q/Q–1), the turnover increased moderately in the manufacturing industry (+0.4%). It rose especially in other industries (+0.6%) and in the manufacture of transport equipments (+1.0%).
Year-on-year (Q/Q–4), the turnover increased sharply in the manufacturing industry (+1.4%).
