Article 63 of the Law of 17 May 2011 on simplification and improvement of quality of rights ( L aw 2011-52 5 ) established tertiary activities rent index (TARI).
D ecree N o 2011-202 8 of December 29, 2011 set out the firms concerned and the procedures for calculating and publishing the index.
