According to the business leaders of the main economic sectors, the French business climate remains stable in February 2011. The indicator stays at 106, after a two months increase. It stays nevertheless above its long term average. The business climate is only improving in the services sector. It is yet still favourable in industry and retail trade. In building industry, business leaders’ answers suggest again a bleak climate.

According to the business leaders of the main economic sectors, the French business climate remains stable in February 2011. The indicator stays at 106, after a two months increase. It stays nevertheless above its long term average. The business climate is only improving in the services sector. It is yet still favourable in industry and retail trade. In building industry, business leaders’ answers suggest again a bleak climate.

At the same time, the turning point indicator clearly remains in the favourable zone for one year and a half. This shows continuous signs of a coming recovery.
