According to the business leaders questioned in November, the economic situation in the retail trade and in the trade and repair of motor vehicles stops increasing: the synthetic indicator declines and loses two points, but stays significantly above its long-term average yet.
According to the business leaders questioned in November, the economic situation in the retail trade and in the trade and repair of motor vehicles stops increasing: the synthetic indicator declines and loses two points, but stays significantly above its long-term average yet.
Recent sales declined, mainly because of the fall in retail trade, while activity remains rather good in the trade and repair of motor vehicles. Expected sales and ordering intentions decrease equally, coming back to their average. Therefore overall economic expectations continue to go up, indicating that retailers’opinion stays rather optimistic about the economic situation in the trade sector.
