CSA_M

The CSA_M is an annual file synthesizing the data on military personnel of the Ministry of the Armed Forces contained in the Ministry's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
It is intended to satisfy the orders of the High Committee for Military Evaluation (HCME) and to carry out studies on the numbers and salaries of military personnel (Ecodef, Defense Statistical Year).
The CSA_M is also used to produce the quarterly index series of the GPIGI-M (Gross Pay Index Grid Index-Military).

The CSA_M was created in 2019, following the introduction of new pay calculators for both the military (Source pay) and the gendarmes (Agorha). Before 2019, military personnel and gendarmes were integrated into the CSA (military personnel and gendarmes).
