Services
The use of services (outsourcing or ad hoc) mobilised by industry is rarely followed by periodic surveys. The survey wants to know them better in their purposes, their volumes, their practices (decision level, regular or occasional providers).
It compares the volumes purchased with those achieved by industrial companies. The latter are estimated on the basis of the workforce producing these services.
The survey identifies 34 services grouped into 7 service categories.
A first survey, SERVICES 1999, inaugurated this theme.
