These are all the retail outlets of companies which are legally independent and linked to a network head by an affiliation-commission contract. In the framework of an affiliation-commission contract, the retailers do not own their stock (they do not choose the goods, and the retail prices are imposed).
The affiliate commission agent is paid on a commission basis.
