Year on year, house prices kept rising
In Q3 2019, house prices were higher than in the previous quarter (+2.3%, raw data). In detail, second-hand dwelling prices increased by +2.5% (after 1.0% the previous quarter), and new dwelling prices increased by +0.5% (after +2.1%).
Year on year, the increase in house prices is intensifying (+3.3% after +3.2% the previous quarter). New dwelling prices grew slightly faster (+4.3% y-o-y) than second-hand dwelling prices (+3.2%).

The index of Q2 2019 was revised to include observations recorded after the previous publication. Nonetheless, the-year-on year variation in housing prices in Q2 2019 is unchanged compared to the previous publication (+3.2%).
