The buildings’ maintenance and improvement work price index (IPEA) is a quarterly index which measures the evolution of price excluding taxes charged by construction enterprises (including artisanal forms) for their maintenance and improvement works in residential and non-residential buildings during the quarter under review.
The IPEA indices are raw data. That means they are not seasonally adjusted.
