This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2013 :

  • 01/01/2025 – Neussargues en Pinatelle devient Neussargues-Moissac suite au rétablissement de Celles (15031), de Chalinargues (15035), de Chavagnac (15047) et de Sainte-Anastasie (15171).
  • 01/12/2016 – Neussargues-Moissac devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Neussargues en Pinatelle (15141) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/12/2016 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Neussargues en Pinatelle en lieu et place des communes de Celles (15031), de Chalinargues (15035), de Chavagnac (15047), de Neussargues-Moissac (15141) et de Sainte-Anastasie (15171) devenues déléguées.
