  • 01/01/2019 – Piré-sur-Seiche devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Piré-Chancé (35220) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Piré-Chancé en lieu et place des communes de Chancé (35053) et de Piré-sur-Seiche (35220) devenues déléguées.
