  • 01/01/2017 – Notre-Dame-de-Sanilhac devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Sanilhac (24312) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2017 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Sanilhac en lieu et place des communes de Breuilh (24065), de Marsaneix (24258) et de Notre-Dame-de-Sanilhac (24312) devenues déléguées.
