This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2012:

  • 01/01/2019 – Tart-le-Haut devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Tart (21623) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Tart en lieu et place des communes de Tart-l'Abbaye (21621) et de Tart-le-Haut (21623) devenues déléguées.
