  • 01/01/2019 – Guillon devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Guillon-Terre-Plaine (89197) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Guillon-Terre-Plaine en lieu et place des communes de Cisery (89109), de Guillon (89197), de Sceaux (89381), de Trévilly (89421) et de Vignes (89448) devenues déléguées.
