This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2011:

  • 01/01/2022 – Peyrillac-et-Millac devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Pechs-de-l'Espérance (24325) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2022 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Pechs-de-l'Espérance en lieu et place des communes de Cazoulès (24089), d'Orliaguet (24314) et de Peyrillac-et-Millac (24325) devenues déléguées.
