  • 01/01/2019 – Mezel devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Mur-sur-Allier (63226) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Mur-sur-Allier en lieu et place des communes de Dallet (63133) et de Mezel (63226) devenues déléguées.
