This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2011:

  • 01/01/2017 – Pacy-sur-Eure devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Pacy-sur-Eure (27448) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2017 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Pacy-sur-Eure en lieu et place des communes de Pacy-sur-Eure (27448) et de Saint-Aquilin-de-Pacy (27510) devenues déléguées.
