This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2011:

  • 01/01/2019 – Fourmetot devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein du Perrey (27263) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2019 – Création de la commune nouvelle du Perrey en lieu et place des communes de Fourmetot (27263), de Saint-Ouen-des-Champs (27581) et de Saint-Thurien (27607) devenues déléguées.
