This municipality has experienced contour changes since 2010:

  • 01/01/2017 – Le Bleymard devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Mont Lozère et Goulet (48027) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2017 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Mont Lozère et Goulet en lieu et place des communes de Bagnols-les-Bains (48014), de Belvezet (48023), du Bleymard (48027), de Chasseradès (48040), de Mas-d'Orcières (48093) et de Saint-Julien-du-Tournel (48164) devenues déléguées.
