  • 01/01/2017 – Mareuil devient commune déléguée (chef-lieu) au sein de Mareuil en Périgord (24253) (commune nouvelle).
  • 01/01/2017 – Création de la commune nouvelle de Mareuil en Périgord en lieu et place des communes de Beaussac (24033), de Champeaux-et-la-Chapelle-Pommier (24099), des Graulges (24203), de Léguillac-de-Cercles (24235), de Mareuil (24253), de Monsec (24283), de Puyrenier (24344), de Saint-Sulpice-de-Mareuil (24503) et de Vieux-Mareuil (24579) devenues déléguées.
