Job creations more sustained in Occitania and in the overseas departments (DOM) in 2015

Between the end of 2014 and the end of 2015, employment picked up and gained 0.5% in France, after near stability in the course of the previous year. In fact, payroll employment gathered pace in the tertiary market sector and especially in services to businesses. The situation was most favourable in Occitania and the overseas departments. Conversely, payroll employment declined in Normandy, in the Grand Est region and in Corsica.
