Real estate activities: modest but steady growth

In 2014, real estate activities continued to show moderate growth (+1.2%). They are very capital-based, with an investment rate four times higher than the rate for all market services (87% against 23%) and a margin rate twice as high. They are based on very small structures, often with no employees. Their principal activity is the renting and operating of owned or leased real estate (71% of sales).
