Marie-Hélène Blonde, Michel Braibant et Claire Lesdos

According to the first estimates for 2010, the value of agricultural production increased significantly despite a slight decline in volume. The year is marked by a particularly sharp rise in prices for crops and milk. The decline in expenses for farmers is also involved in improving their results. Overall, agricultural income per labour unit in real terms would increase by 31 % in 2010 after a sharp fall over the previous two years. It would find its level of the late 1990s. It is the same for Entrepreneurial income per non salaried labour unit in real terms that would see growth of 85% in 2010.
