Social media: what uses in the job market?

In 2013, 8% of companies with ten people or more established in France use social media in their staff recruitment process. This use was 32% in the information and communication sector and 24% in companies of 250 people or more. At the same time, 30% of people who were looking for a job used social networks in their searches, particularly the youngest and the most qualified.
