Judicial review

Dernière mise à jour le :13/10/2016

Judicial review (pronounced by the examining magistrate, the judge of freedoms and detention or the juvenile affairs judge) may be ordered against any person under investigation for a felony or a misdemeanour, as soon as a prison sentence is incurred. This person is then subject to certain obligations (periodic reporting, agreement not to visit certain places or certain people, payment of bail, etc.).
