INSEE publishes monthly price indices for commodities (foodstuffs, agro-industrial products and minerals) which allow observation of the changes in current raw material prices. Individual price data for each commodity observed is also available. Similar resources are the wheat price and other price indices calculated by other institutes. Prices of crude oil (Brent) and refined petroleum products are also published.
