Définition

The Qualification Contract is a fixed-term employment contract for the employment of young persons under the age of 26 years in the market sector. According to the principle of alternance between occupying a job and training, it includes the acquisition of a qualification recognised by the collective agreements. The training must represent at least 25% of the duration of the contract. The wage is at least a percentage of the minimum wage or of the wage according to the branch agreement (30% to 75%) according to the age and the year in which the contract is fulfilled. It is exempted from employer social security contributions.
