Définition

Has energy consumption for heating is stronger when the winter is more rigorous. It is an evidence which does not present a big interest for the analysis as far as it does not translate a change of the behavior. To analyze better the evolutions, we calculate consumptions " corrected by the climate " (primary and finale). We try to estimate that would have been the consumption if the temperatures had "been normal". We obtain a theoretical result, which depends of used method and which completes the "real" consumption, the observed.
