The court responsible for judging minors prosecuted for 5th-class offences or misdemeanours. This court is also competent to judge felonies by minors aged under 16.

This court is composed of the juvenile affairs judge (who presides), and two non-professional assessors, selected for the interest they have demonstrated in childhood matters, and the list of which is set by decree for each juvenile court.
