Définition
The assessment of the market value of farmland aims to measure the price of agricultural land transactions most commonly practiced for plough lands and natural meadows and for orchards and vines. This assessment comes from a methodology jointly reviewed by Terres d'Europe-Scafr, the Department of Statistics and Forecasting (SSP) of the Ministry for Agriculture, with the methodological support of the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE).
