Définition

Juvenile courts can pronounce towards the juvenile delinquent an educational measure. The educational measures planned by the prescription of February 2nd, 1945 relative to the delinquent childhood are:

  • entrustment to relatives, a guardian or a person worthy of trust ;
  • placement in an approved establishment, public or private, medical or for professional education training, or in a boarding school for juvenile delinquents ;
  • entrustment to child welfare;
  • placement in a boarding school suited to the juvenile delinquents of school age;
  • under protection judicaire;
  • measure of activity of day or repair.
