Price of second-hand dwellings indexes – First Quarter 2012
In Q1 2012, according to provisional results, prices of second-hand dwellings are down (-0.7%, sa data, of which -0.3% for flats and -1.0% for houses).
Year-on-year, prices are up : +1.3%, of which +3.7% for flats and -0.5% for houses.
