In the first half of 2011, according to business leaders, the cash position in the industry is considered less easy than the second half of 2010: the corresponding balance of opinion decreases by seven points but remains above its long-term average.
In the first half of 2011, operating balance is recovering and is considered satisfactory. The opinion of business leaders on the sale volume and sale prices improves and stood at a level well above the log-term average. Financial costs are also favourable to the treasury. However, the cash was penalized by the increase in prices of supply and labor costs.
